One global warming theory has Florida,

reef state it once was. One effect will
be a gradual migration to Palm Springs.
Another will give light houses a premium
price. An alternative, as light houses are
in short supply, is used European castles.
They can be moved at reasonable rates
and occupied on the higher floors
as the centurys pass. ;-)
